China is the largest water consumption country in the world, the consumption of fresh water took 13% of the total consumption of the whole world in year 2002 and sincce after that, China has been at the top of the list every year. Though our fresh water quantity accounts for 6% of the whole global water resource, which ranks fourth, only next to Brazil, Russia and Canada, average water quantity is only 2300m3. This is only 1/4 of the world average.

In 2009, MOHURD water quality center conducted a national survey, which covered more than 4000 water supply plants above county level. Qualified rate was only around 58%. Due to aging pipes and pollutions, quality of raw water resources and tap water are continuously decreasing. Nowadays, people either have installed house-hold filters to the taps or start to buy big size bottled water. As such, many companies have caught this opportunity and entered into this filed which makes China bottled water market develop fast and prosperously.
Before, most common packed format for bottled water can be divided into 2 categories – PC barrel (3 gallon to 5 gallon) and small size PET bottle (350ml to 1500ml). Each format is oriented to different consumer markets. Small bottle is easy to carry and drink at all times, while barrel water is mainly for home or public places use. People have higher and higher living standards with the society progress and economy growth. Market demand for big size bottled water is increasing year by year. Barrel water is mainly sold locally because of transportation limit. Compared to small bottled water, market share of big barrel water is much more stable. However, big barrel water has its disadvantages, for example, recycled barrel sanitary condition not meet requirement, secondary pollution by water dispenser and high cost in recycled barrel transportation. Therefore, more companies are trying to find another packing format to replace barrel water. Under this circumstance, big size PET bottle has entered into market gradually.

Newamstar High-speed Blowing-filling-capping Combiblock combines the blowing system, filling system and capping system in one integrated system, reducing several intermediaries suchas transmission, empty bottle handling and storage processes, which improves packaging hygienic condition and reduces packaging ross-contamination so as to improve the overall operating efficiencybut lower the energy consumption, thereby reduces the overall production cost of enterprises.

Stable infrared ray heating system and independent heat balance device ensure the stable temperature of the preform, even color of the bottle and increase of the output.
Special designed twice-blowing system can monitor the pressure in each mold in order to provide accurate real-time parameter for operator. It is easy for the operator to adjust the parameter and ensure the stability of bottle forming.
High-speed and high-accuracy diaphragm type filling valve: Equip air back channel which is separated from liquid carousel, by which, the air replaced from the PET bottle won’t enter liquid carousel to avoid second pollution. Equip cleaning dummy bottles which can realize online CIP.
Sanitary and washable capper：Optimized cam surface design ensures the minimum
impact force of the capper .Bottle discharging starwheel is screwing decently, so it is unnecessary to adjust the conveyor height during bottle format change.

In 2015, with excellent R&D design team and processing advantages of equipment manufacturing, Newamstar completed the development of automated warehouse system with tunnel stackerand RGV rail transport trolley. In the same year, Newamstar successfully presented it on CBST exhibition in Shanghai, and received wide attention from lots of companies in the industry. In 2016, automated material transport under special circumstances is solved by researching and developing non-rail AGV transport trolley.
